Where we deliver

We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or holidays.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check your order status from your account.

Delivery issues

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct. We're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may try again or return the parcel to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged on arrival, record an unboxing video and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
