We try to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur due to screens and supplier updates.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect delivery details. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store your full card or banking details. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Use of the website

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
